Choose a property, confirm its mapped boundary and street side, then sketch your idea on the plan or in 3D. As you change it, Site Sketch shows the building lines and height limits, as we read the City's zoning scheme. It is an early sketch, not planning approval.
Works for most ordinary houses in Cape Town (land zoned Single Residential 1). It does not work yet for flats, shops or properties with more than one zoning. Not sure what your property is zoned? Run a free property check first.
