Who's behind Zonely
Zonely is built by AB+HvD Architects, an architecture practice working across Cape Town and Knysna. We help property owners and buyers understand what they're allowed to build — and guide them from the first question all the way to a finished project.
From concept to completion, we work on residential architecture, feasibility studies, extensions and renovations, new builds, subdivisions, and guidance for people buying property. Zonely grew out of the questions we answer for clients every day.
